Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty
All
products are warranted against defects in
materials and workmanship.
This warranty extends only to you as the
original purchaser, in a residential application.
This warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or
misuse or improper installation. All materials can
lose original intensity after long exposure to the
sun. When left for extended periods in direct
sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All colors will
eventually wear out. Timber Blind Manufacturing
considers these things normal wear and tear not
covered by this warranty. Colors and textures vary
from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample
swatches or previous purchases. Products ordered
outside of the recommended manufacturing
specifications (oversized blinds) are not covered
by this warranty.
This warranty coverage will be for as long
as you the original buyer at retail own our
products. Any implied warranties which you may
have are in duration to the time during which you,
as the original buyer at retail own our products.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts.
If your product is defective during the
warranty period we will, at our option, either
repair or replace, without charge, that defective
product. This shall be your sole remedy under this
warranty.
Repair or replacement of defective products
are your sole remedy under this warranty and in no
event shall we be liable for transportation costs
to or from the dealer, costs of removal or
reinstallation of our products or incidental or
consequential damages. Some states do not allow
the exclusion of incidental or consequential
damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you.
Please inspect you orders upon receipt before
taking them to you customer's home or office . By
doing this we can be sure that any defects or
damages never arrive at the customer's home or
office If you are in need of spare parts to keep
on hand, please feel free to call our customer
service department and we will gladly send them to
you.
Multiple Blinds on on headrail:
We do not recommend nor offer multiple
blinds on one headrail over 108".
In certain cases blinds manufactured in excess
recommended width for a single blind the lift
mechanism will not be covered under any warranty.
We provide adequate warning in the event that you
are at risk of exceeding the warranted width.
All window coverings offered by Fantastic Blinds
are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. All custom
products are covered by our exclusive limited
lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that
warranty service is ever needed just contact
Customer Service and we'll arrange
for repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
All warranties are provided by the manufacturer's)
and extended to the original purchaser. Any
implied or express warranty is non-transferable.
- The
manufacturer warrants that all blinds will be
free from defects in materials and
workmanship, given normal use and provided
that the blinds were installed properly in the
window, door or other interior area in which
they were intended, and recommendations were
followed with regard to size limitations and
specifications. Damage resulting from misuse,
abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and
tear, exposure to the elements, including but
not limited to exposure to salty air,
humidity, discoloration due to sunlight or the
passage of time is not covered by this
warranty.
- Slat
material used in blinds may contain variations
in grain and texture and could appear
randomly. Slight variations in color, as well
as minimal warping may also occur. These are
all naturally occurring tendencies when
dealing with faux wood (PVC) and/or wood
products and are considered acceptable.
Returns for the above mentioned reasons are
not warranted.
- The
obligation of the manufacturer in the event of
a defect covered under this warranty is
limited to repair or replacement of the blinds
or components, at the manufacturer's option,
provided the product is returned to Fantastic
Blinds. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu
of all other obligations, liabilities or
warranties. In no event shall the manufacturer
be liable or responsible for incidental or
consequential damage or for any other direct
or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or
fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so this limitation may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific rights,
and you may also have other rights that vary
from state to state.

Mistakes may occur and if we make a mistake on your order we
will either repair or remake it at no charge to you. If you
make a mistake in measuring or ordering please contact
Customer Service. Depending on the type of error
you may return the product to the factory for alteration or
we will have it remade at a discount.
Color Disclaimer
All images have been optimized for online viewing, however
monitors do not always display colors accurately. Fantastic
Blinds is not responsible for variances between your monitor
and actual product texture and finish.
To ensure your satisfaction with the quality and finish of
our product we encourage you to request samples. In the
event that you desire to request actual samples of our
products
Changing your Order
Your order is typically placed in production the next
business day. Therefore in the event that you desire to
change your order you must contact contact
Customer Service immediately.
Once you have contacted us with the desired change we will
be happy to check with our production department to
determine the status of your order. If your order has not
been placed into production we will be happy to alter your
order.
In the event that your order has been placed into
production, alterations to custom orders may incur
additional fees. Stock products are typically shipped the
next business day thus Stock Product Orders cannot be
cancelled unless your order alterations are caught prior to
shipment.
